Introduction

  • Class Tiers: Mage - Necromancer - Death Mage
  • Requirements: 16 Int, 16 Wis
  • Experience points to level 25: 500 million exp
  • Difficulty: Hard

Perhaps the most difficult of all classes to play, Necromancers devote themselves to the study of life, death, and arcane magics. Necromancers are powerful spellcasters and able to perform a variety of death magics and even raise the undead, which makes them very formidable foes (and quite unpopular at parties). With spells that drain life from the target to the caster, or those that cause a sickening poison to take hold in the target Necromancers truly are very powerful. They have a special affinity with the undead, being able to tame or call the most vile creatures to their aid. New Necromancer spells are currently in development. They have the same weapons and armor restrictions that Sorcerors do. Recommended for anyone who has the patience to level 500 million experience points!

Character Templates

The Elven Conjurer

  • Elf Str:10 Int:22 Agi:21 End:19 Wis:21 Chr:12

The Elven Conjurer has spent too many years studying in the libraries; he earned his exceptional intelligence at the expense of his eyes and thus he needs to wear a monocle.

The Halfling Dark Magus

  • Halfling Str:11 Int:20 Agi:24 End:17 Wis:20 Chr:12

Whilst he is an irritating idiot like all his hairy-footed comrades, the Halfling Dark Magus is a good spell-caster and balances his lack of intelligence and common sense with his extremely good agility.

The Human Necro

  • Human Str:10 Int:20 Agi:20 End:20 Wis:20 Chr:20

The Human Necro has well rounded stats. 10 str means low hits so you would mainly have to use spells from lvl 1 all the way to 25 but thats nothing bad. 20 int means your spells will hit hard enough, 20 agi still dodges pretty well, 20 end/chr will get you pretty good HP per level, and with 20 wis enchanters and other necro's wont beable to harm much of your HP. this is a good choice for a beginner and some more advanced players. I would recommend this build for the beginners that know how to handle there magics

Equipment

Necromancers can wear Cloth Armor and can wield a dagger or a stave.

Low Budge Gear

Medium Budget Gear

High Budget Gear

NOTE: Since Necromancers rarely use a melee weapon having one equipped is mostly for show. Many people carry whatever weapon suits their character's style like a Bone Staff, Crystal Staff or Jeweled Dagger.
