Crafting

Crafting is the process of combining items to form a new item or items. In essence, crafting isn't new to the realms completely. Think back to the brewing of potions by monks, rangers, and druids. It is highly similar except that crafts are 'bought' instead of instead of obtained as a class skill.
Unlike the skills to brew potions, crafting can have limitations. These limitations can and may be set for a variety of different requirements, and are not necessarily limited to just one requirement. Such requirements may include: areas restricted to craft the 'item', being at or above a certain level, one or more required stats, a specific divinity or race, and possibly be limited to certain classes.
If you have met all the necessary limitations to craft an item, you must then make sure to have obtained all the needed components or ingredients. These are the physical items you will need to have to be able to craft the item or items from the crafting skill. There are two types of these items; those that will be used and will disappear from your inventory, and those that are considered tools that may or may not disappear from your inventory.
When everything is ready to go you can type /craft to find the name of the item you want to craft after you have bought the skill. /Craft will produce a list of all the crafting skills that your character has purchased, and a list of the ingredients needed will appear beside them.
Then you can type /craft craftname, and the item or items will be produced in your inventory, and you'll be set to go with whatever it is you have crafted.
If you lack any of the requirements or items to craft and item, when you /craft craftname a message should/will appear that you lack thereof.
